Jalapeno Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. self-rising corn meal
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/2 c. Crisco oil
    1 small can creamed corn
    2 1/2 jalapeno peppers, cut into small pieces
    1/2 green pepper, cut into small peppers
    2 medium onions, cut into small pieces
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients, except cheese.
    Put in greased and meal dusted pan, 1/2 of the mixture and 1/2 of the cheese.
    Add remaining mixture and spread balance of cheese on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
