Smoked Salmon Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) can red salmon
    1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. freshly minced onion
    1 tsp. horseradish
    1/2 tsp. liquid smoke
    1/4 c. chopped nuts
    3 Tbsp. parsley
Preparation
    Drain salmon.
    Remove bones and skin and flake.
    Mix cream cheese, lemon juice, onion, horseradish, salt and liquid smoke. Add salmon.
    Form into ball and chill at least 4 hours.
    Lightly press nuts and parsley on salmon ball to garnish.
