Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    3 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. vegetable oil
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 c. grated zucchini
    3 c. sifted flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. chopped nuts (optional)
    1/2 c. pineapple (optional)
Preparation
    Grease 2 (4 x 8-inch) pans.
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
    Break eggs and beat well.
    Beat in vanilla, oil, and sugar.
    Stir in zucchini. Add flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
    Stir in thoroughly.
    Add nuts and/or pineapple, if desired.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for approximately 1 hour.
