Opakapaka Mediterranean - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 medium Maui onions, sliced
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 each small green and red pepper, cut into thin strips
    2 large tomatoes, cut into thin wedges
    3 cloves garlic, minced
    2 lb. opakapaka or marlin
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. Feta cheese, crumbled
    1 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
Preparation
    Heat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Cook and stir onions and peppers in oil in large skillet on medium-high for 5 minutes or until tender, but crisp.
    Add tomatoes and garlic; mix lightly.
