Cabbage Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large head of cabbage
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    3 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    1 1/2 c. minced onion
    3 strips bacon
    1/2 c. uncooked Minute rice
    1 can tomatoes
Preparation
    Pour boiling water over cabbage to loosen the leaves. Mix all ingredients together except bacon and tomatoes. Put about 4 tablespoons of mixture on cabbage leaf and roll up. Place in Dutch oven. Fill Dutch oven with cabbage rolls. Place bacon strips on top. Pour in 2 cans of water. Cover and cook over moderate heat for 30 minutes. Then put can of tomatoes over rolls and cook about 30 minutes more. Serves 6 to 8.
