Pork Chops And Sauerkraut - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 (1/4-inch thick) pork chops
    1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 (14 oz.) can sauerkraut
    1 large tomato, peeled and crushed
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    caraway seed
Preparation
    Brown chops on both
    sides
    in hot oil in a heavy skillet. top with
    sauerkraut, caraway seed and tomato.
    Sprinkle with paprika; cover and
    simmer
    40 minutes or until chops are tender. Yield:
    4 servings.
