Rhubarb Cobbler - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. chopped rhubarb
2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. soda
3/4 c. margarine
1 1/2 c. coconut
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation

Combine 1 cup sugar and rhubarb.
(A little red food coloring may be added.)
Pour into greased 13 x 9-inch pan.
Combine 1 cup sugar, flour and soda.
Cut in margarine.
Stir in coconut, vanilla and walnuts.
Spread over top of rhubarb.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes or until rhubarb is tender and topping is brown.
