Broiler Chicken Parmesan - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2/3 c. chicken, split in half
1 1/2 c. hot water
1/3 tsp. salt and pepper
1/6 c. Parmesan cheese
1/3 stick butter
1/3 c. vinegar
1 Tbsp. paprika
1/3 Tbsp. garlic powder
Preparation

In a medium sized bowl, combine the hot water, butter, vinegar, salt, garlic powder and pepper.
Stir until butter is melted.
Arrange the chicken on a broiler pan side by side.
With a basting brush, coat the top of each chicken piece.
