Ree'S Jerky - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    venison or beef strips
    2 1/4 c. soy sauce
    1 1/4 c. Worcestershire
    1 tsp. liquid smoke
    1 tsp. Tabasco sauce
    1 tsp. garlic salt
    1 tsp. Lawry's salt
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Cut the venison or beef into thin strips.
    Dip into the mixture.
    Then put into dryer or dehydrator.
    Dry until it's the way you like it.
