Chicken And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 whole chicken, cut in pieces
1-1/2 cups rice
1/2 stick butter
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
3 cups water
Preparation

In a large casserole dish, put in raw rice.
Cut butter over rice.
Spoon soup over rice.
Sprinkle dry onion soup mix over rice.
Cover with water.
Season chicken
and place chicken pieces on top.
Bake, uncovered, at 325 degrees for 1-1/2 hours.
