Sourdough Bread Starter - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. yeast
    1 c. lukewarm water
    1/2 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. potato flakes
Preparation
    Mix ingredients and leave uncovered on kitchen counter for 3 days, stirring occasionally.
    Place mixture in refrigerator for 3 to 5 days and feed with the following at least twice before using starter to bake bread.
