Skillet Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. cubed, peeled raw potatoes (about 2 1/2 lb.)
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1 large can Pet milk
    snipped parsley
    1 c. boiling water
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Cut potatoes in 1/2-inch cubes.
    Melt butter in 10-inch skillet.
    Add potatoes and cook 3 to 4 minutes.
    While they cook, stir about 2 or 3 times.
    Add boiling water and Pet milk; cook 20 to 30 minutes over low heat.
    Stir once or twice. Season with salt and pepper.
    Pour into serving dish.
    Sprinkle snipped parsley over top.
