Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 oz. cooked ham, chopped
1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
1/3 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. baking mix
2 c. milk
4 eggs
salt and pepper
Preparation

Layer ham, cheese and onion in pie plate.
Combine baking mix, milk, eggs, salt and pepper in blender.
Process until smooth. Pour over layers.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
Cut into wedges.
