Oatmeal Caramel Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. oats
    1 c. unsifted flour
    3/4 c. firmly packed light brown sugar
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 egg, beaten
    1/2 c. cold butter
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1 (14 oz.) pkg. caramels, unwrapped
    1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    In large bowl, combine oats, flour, sugar, cinnamon and egg; mix well.
    Cut in margarine/butter until crumbly.
    Stir in nuts.
    Reserving 2 cups crumb mixture, press remainder firmly on bottom of 13 x 9-inch baking pan.
    Bake 15 minutes.
