Carrot Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. cooked and mashed carrots (reserve 3/4 c. liquid)
10 soda crackers, crushed
2 Tbsp. minced fresh onion (I use more)
2 Tbsp. melted butter
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
dash of celery salt
3/4 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
-
Mix and add reserved liquid.
Pour into a casserole.
Bake at 425\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
