Ingredients

1 can buttermilk biscuits
vegetable oil
confectioners sugar
jelly (optional)
sugar and cinnamon
Preparation

Heat vegetable oil on medium heat.
Separate biscuit dough. Flatten slightly and poke a hole in center.
Fry a few at a time until golden.
Drain on paper towel.
Shake in small paper bag with sugar and cinnamon or confectioners sugar.
