Stewed Zucchini Medley - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. zucchini (3 or 4 medium size)
    1 medium green pepper
    1 large onion
    2 or 3 medium fresh tomatoes
    1 Tbsp. oil
Preparation
    Saute onion.
    Add fresh tomatoes (or 1 can stewed tomatoes), zucchini, green pepper, salt and pepper to taste and 1/2 teaspoon sugar.
    Cook until vegetables are soft, about 10 minutes.
    Thicken with 1 teaspoon cornstarch.
    Excellent with meat loaf or fish.
