Lemon Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. margarine
    3 c. sugar
    5 eggs
    3 c. flour
    2 Tbsp. lemon extract
    3/4 c. 7-Up
Preparation
    Cream the sugar and shortening together and beat until light and fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time, and beat well.
    Add flour alternately with lemon extract and 7-Up.
    Begin with flour and end with flour.
    Pour batter into well-greased and floured Bundt pan or tube pan.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 to 1 1/2 hours. When thoroughly cooled, sift powdered sugar over cake.
