Carolyn'S Sweet Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. mashed sweet potatoes
1/3 c. sugar
1/4 c. butter, melted
2 eggs, beaten
1 Tbsp. vanilla
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. flour
1/4 c. butter
1 c. nuts, chopped

Preparation

Mix together potatoes, sugar, melted butter, beaten eggs and vanilla.
Place in a buttered casserole dish.
Combine brown sugar, flour, butter, and chopped nuts and put on top of sweet potato mixture.
Bake at 300\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
