Petite Cheese Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    3/4 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. vanilla
    canned pie filling or jam
    vanilla wafers
Preparation
    Beat cream cheese, sugar, eggs, lemon juice and vanilla until light and fluffy.
    Line muffin tins with cupcake papers.
    Pat vanilla wafer in the bottom of each cup.
    Fill 2/3 full with cheese mixture.
