Mexican Pizzas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 flour tortillas
    3 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
    chopped jalapeno peppers to taste
    1 green bell pepper, chopped
    1/2 c. sliced black olives
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. sliced pepperoni
    1 (16 oz.) can artichoke hearts, chopped
    1 c. salsa
Preparation
    Place tortillas one at a time in nonstick skillet.
    Layer cheese and remaining ingredients over tortillas as desired. Cook, covered, over medium heat for 2 to 3 minutes.
    Cut into wedges.
    Serve hot.
    Makes 12 servings.
