Ukrainian Sugar Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. butter
    2 egg yolks
    1 c. sour cream
    2 to 3 c. flour (enough for rolling consistency)
    1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Cream sugar and shortening.
    Add beaten egg yolks and sour cream.
    Sift dry ingredients, using enough flour so dough can be easily handled.
    Roll thin; cut into desired shapes.
    Sprinkle with sugar.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
