Cheese Onion Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. Bisquick mix
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. parsley flakes
1 egg, beaten
1 1/2 c. shredded cheese
1 c. chopped onion, cooked in butter until soft, not brown
Preparation

Mix egg and milk; add Bisquick.
Stir just until moistened. Add parsley flakes, half of the cheese and chopped onion.
Spread in greased loaf pan.
Sprinkle rest of cheese on top.
Drizzle melted butter over top, about 1/4 cup.
Bake in 400\u00b0 oven for 20 minutes.
