Tea Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sifted flour
    2 eggs
    3/4 c. sugar
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2/3 c. Wesson oil
    2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Preheat oven to
    400\u00b0.\tBeat
    eggs
    until well blended. Stir in\toil
    and
    vanilla.
    Blend
    in
    sugar
    until
    mixture thickens. Sift flour,
    baking powder and salt together.
    Stir into oil mixture.
    Drop
    by\tteaspoon
    about 2-inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet.
    Carefully press each cookie flat with bottom of glass that\thas been dipped in sugar.
    Moisten glass with oil, then dip in sugar for extra crunchiness; pat several times.
    Bake 8
    to
    10
    minutes.
    Remove from pan immediately. Makes 3 dozen cookies.
