Cajun Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. bacon, chopped
2 bell peppers, chopped
3 bunches green onions
2 onions, chopped
3 sticks celery, chopped
1 bunch chopped parsley
4 to 5 lb. potatoes, chopped
Preparation

Fry bacon crisp.
Add 2 chopped onions, bell pepper and celery.
Cook vegetables about 5 minutes with bacon.
Add potatoes and then green onions and parsley.
Cook over low heat and stir often.
Add cayenne pepper to taste.
If more seasonings are desired, add a little salt.
