Texas Tortillas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1 (8 oz.) sour cream
    3 jalapenos, chopped (or green chilies)
    5 green onions with tops, chopped fine
    2 Tbsp. black olives (optional)
    1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 (12 count) pkg. flour tortillas (large)
Preparation
    Place all ingredients, except flour tortillas, in food processor.
    Process until smooth.
    Spread on tortillas and roll up.
    Roll tortillas in damp paper towels and place in refrigerator.
    Chill.
    Cut tortillas in 1-inch pieces.
    Place on plate with hot sauce.
    Contains 41 calories per slice.
