Noodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 egg yolks
    1 whole egg
    1 tsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. cold water
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1/2 c. flour
Preparation
    Beat eggs (whole and yolks) until light in color.
    Add salt and cold water, beat well.
    Mix in 1 1/2 cups flour.
    Put 1/2 cup flour on board and knead.
    Divide and roll out thin.
    Leave awhile to dry some and then cut in desired width.
    My sons make these and grandson is learning, too.
