Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. cooking oil
    3 eggs
    3 c. chopped apples
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. coconut
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1 c. chopped dates
    3 c. flour
Preparation
    Beat together sugar, cooking oil and eggs.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Mix well; pour into a greased and floured Bundt pan. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
    Test if done by touching top of cake with your finger.
