French Onion Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. melted butter
    1 c. sliced onion
    1/2 c. diced celery
    salt to taste
    6 c. broth, made with meat/bouillon cube
    toasted bread slices
    Parmesan cheese, grated
Preparation
    Combine butter, onion, celery and salt in a 2-quart ovenware casserole.
    Cover and cook in microwave 8 minutes.
    Add broth. Cover and cook 12 to 15 minutes.
    Pour into bowls and add toasted bread slices.
    Sprinkle grated cheese on top.
    Makes 8 servings.
