Shoe Peg Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can tiny green limas
    1 can French-style green beans
    1 can LeSueur peas
    1 small jar chopped pimento
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 bell pepper, chopped
    celery (optional), chopped
    3/4 c. vinegar
    1 can Shoe Peg corn
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. oil
    1/2 c. sugar
Preparation
    Drain all vegetables (canned).
    Heat vinegar and sugar until sugar is melted.
    Mix vinegar and sugar mixture with oil and salt. Pour this mixture over vegetables (in a large bowl).
    Let stand in refrigerator a minimum of one hour before serving.
    Preparing the night before and letting this stand in the refrigerator makes it gooder!!!
