Company Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. noodles
    3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 lb. ground chuck
    2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
    1/2 lb. cottage cheese (1 c.)
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. soft cream cheese
    1/4 c. sour cream
    1/3 c. chopped spring onions
    1 Tbsp. minced green pepper
Preparation
    Cook noodles as directed; drain.
    In skillet, saute chuck in butter until brown; drain fat.
    Stir in tomato sauce; remove from heat.
    Combine cottage cheese, cream cheese, sour cream, onions and green pepper.
    In a 2-quart casserole dish, spread half of noodles. Pour on 2 tablespoons melted butter.
    Top with meat mixture.
    Bake for 45 minutes or until heated through at 375\u00b0.
    Serves 6. May be made ahead and refrigerated.
