Turtle Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. devil's food cake mix
    1 stick butter
    2/3 c. evaporated milk plus 1/3 c. evaporated milk
    1 pkg. caramels
    1 (12 oz.) bag chocolate chips
Preparation
    Mix cake
    mix, butter and 2/3 cup milk.
    Pour half into greased 11
    x
    14-inch
    baking dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes. Meanwhile,
    melt
    caramels
    with
    1/3 cup milk over low heat. Pour
    chips over baked cake.
    Pour melted caramels over chocolate chips.
    Spread
    remaining batter on top.
    Bake 15 to 20 more minutes.
