Baked Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. potatoes, baked, cooled, cubed
    4 C. cheddar cheese, shredded
    1 large onion, finely chopped
    1 C. sour cream
    1 tsp. salt
    1 lb. bacon, fried, crumbled
    1 pkg. cheddar cheese, cubed
    1 C. mayonnaise
    1 Tbsp. chives
    1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    In a large bowl, combine potatoes and bacon. In another bowl, combine remaining ingredients. Add this mixture to the potatoes and bacon to coat all potatoes. Transfer to a greased baking pan. Bake, uncovered, approximately 60 minutes, until bubble and light brown on top.
