Chilled Seafood Mold - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. chopped shrimp
1 c. mayo
1/2 c. crabmeat
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. grated carrots
2 Tbsp. horseradish
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/8 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. onion
1 envelope unflavored gelatin
1/4 c. water
Preparation

Combine shrimp, mayo, crabmeat, celery, carrots, onion, horseradish, lemon juice and salt;
mix and set aside.
Combine gelatin and 1/4 cup of water in saucepan; let stand 5 minutes. Place over low heat and stir until melted.
Pour into shrimp mixture and stir.
Pour into ungreased mold.
Chill until firm.
