New England Macaroons - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg white
    1 c. sugar
    1/4 c. coconut
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. oats
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    In medium bowl, mix egg white and salt.
    Beat until foamy. Gradually add sugar and beat until it peaks.
    Fold in oats, coconut, and vanilla.
    Drop batter by teaspoonful onto greased pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 12 minutes or until browned.
    Remove and place on a cooling rack.
