Oven-Baked Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    top sirloin or round steak
    1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
Preparation
    Pound flour (mixed with salt and pepper, if so desired) into both sides of meat.
    With a little bit of oil in a pan, brown both sides of meat.
    Spray the bottom of baking pan with Pam and put meat in.
    Mix a little amount of water with dry onion soup mix and pour over meat.
    Cover with foil.
    Bake in slow oven (about 300\u00b0 to 325\u00b0) until desired doneness.
