Pinana Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 1/3 c. cake flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. vegetable oil
3 eggs, slightly beaten
2 c. chopped ripe bananas
1 c. chopped pecans
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple (undrained)
cream cheese frosting with 1/2 c. nuts added

Heat oven to 350\u00b0. Grease and flour 3 round cake pans. Mix flour, sugar, baking soda, salt and cinnamon in large bowl. Add oil and eggs. Stir until all dry ingredients are moistened. Do not beat. Stir in bananas, pecans, vanilla and pineapple. Divide batter evenly among pans. Bake 25 to 30 minutes. Cool 10 minutes then remove from pans and cool completely. After cooled, ice with cream cheese frosting, mixed with pecans. Keep refrigerated.
