Serbian Cabbage(Your Guests Will Never Guess Its Cabbage) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium-head cabbage (about 3 lb.), shredded fine
    1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk
    1 c. dry bread crumbs
    1/2 c. butter or margarine
Preparation
    Cut eggplant in slices.
    Dip in milk, flour, milk and then in bread crumbs.
    Deep fry and when cool, sprinkle with confectioners sugar.
