Yeast Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. dry yeast
2 c. warm water
3/4 c. margarine
1/4 c. sugar
1 egg, beaten
4 c. self-rising flour
Preparation

Place yeast in warm water and stir with fork until dissolved. Set aside.
Melt margarine and cream with sugar and egg.
Add to yeast mixture.
Add flour, stirring well.
Place in airtight container for 2 hours in refrigerator.
