Tod'S Bubble Blintz Ring - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    2 pkg. (20) refrigerator biscuits
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. ground cinnamon
    3 Tbsp. melted oleo
    1/3 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Heat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Cut cream cheese into 20 pieces.
    Roll each piece to about 3 inches in diameter.
    Combine sugar and cinnamon. Place one cheese ball and 1 teaspoon cinnamon/sugar mix onto biscuit.
    Pinch dough to seal.
    Pour 1/2 melted butter into bottom of 5-cup ring mold.
    Sprinkle 1/2 nuts and 1/2 remaining cinnamon/sugar mix into the mold.
    Place ten of the rolls atop mixture, seam side up; pour 1/4 butter/nuts/cinnamon/sugar on this layer; repeat layering and finish pouring remaining mixes on top. Bake for 20 minutes until browned.
    Cool 5 minutes; invert onto serving plate.
