Artichoke Cheese Squares - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can artichoke hearts
    1 small onion
    1 small clove garlic, minced
    dash of Tabasco
    pinch of salt and pepper
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    4 eggs, well beaten
    1/4 c. bread crumbs
    2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Saute onion and garlic in small amount of liquid from artichoke can.
    Chop artichoke in bowl.
    Add eggs, seasonings, onion, garlic, bread crumbs and cheese.
    Mix well and press into a 9 x 13-inch dish.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
