Duck And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 sticks butter
    1 can chopped mushrooms
    2 medium size onions, chopped
    1 can beef bouillon
    2 c. rice
    flour, salt and pepper
Preparation
    Mix first 3 ingredients and fry until lightly brown.
    Then add beef bouillon.
    Cook rice and stir into first mixture.
    Split the ducks in half; dust in flour, salt and pepper and quick-fry in butter until light brown.
    Put rice mixture in large casserole or roasting pan and place the duck on top of rice.
    Cover and bake 1 hour at 325\u00b0.
