5 Flavor Pound Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 sticks butter (unsalted)
1/2 c. vegetable shortening
3 c. sugar
5 eggs, beaten well
3 c. all-purpose flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 c. milk
1 tsp. coconut extract
1 tsp. rum extract
1 tsp. butter extract
1 tsp. lemon extract
1 tsp. vanilla extract
Preparation

Beat
eggs
very
well and set aside. Cream the butter, shortening\tand sugar until light and fluffy. Add beaten eggs. Sift together flour, baking
powder
and
salt. Add to creamed mixture and alternate with\tmilk. Stir in flavorings. Spoon in floured and greased tube pan.
Bake
for
1 1/2 hours at 325\u00b0. Cool in pan for 8 minutes before turning out.
