Fast Crustless Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 oz. cheese, shredded (Swiss, Cheddar or whatever)
    6 to 7 slices crisp, crumbled bacon (or chopped ham)
    a few sauteed mushrooms (if you have them)
    4 unbeaten eggs
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. flour
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1/2 tsp. salt
    pepper to taste
    1 1/2 c. nonfat milk
Preparation
    Butter a 10-inch pie plate or a regular-size quiche pan.
    In it sprinkle the first 3 ingredients.
    In blender, put last 7 ingredients.
    Blend it all for one minute.
    Pour over the ingredients in the pie plate and bake for 35 minutes at 350\u00b0, if you use a metal pie plate.
    If you use a glass pie plate, cook a little bit longer.
    Let stand three or four minutes before serving.
