Pear Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium pears
    3 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. lemon peel
    unbaked pie shell
    1/4 tsp. mace
    1/4 c. butter/margarine
    1/2 c. flour
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. ginger
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Combine pears, lemon juice, 1 teaspoon lemon peel, 1/2 cup sugar and 2 tablespoons flour.
    Place in unbaked pie shell. Combine remaining ingredients and sprinkle on top of pear mixture. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
