Wine And Cheese Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    1 pkg. yeast
    1/2 c. dry white wine
    1 stick butter
    1 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese (4 oz.)
    3 eggs
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. sugar
Preparation
    In large bowl, combine 1 1/2 cups flour and the yeast.
    In saucepan, combine wine, butter, salt and sugar.
    Heat until warm and butter begins to melt (115\u00b0 to 120\u00b0).
    Remove from heat and stir until butter is melted.
    Add to flour and yeast.
    Add the 3 eggs and beat 1/2 minute to mix, using spatula and electric mixer. Beat 3 minutes at high speed, scraping sides and bottom of bowl constantly.
    By hand, stir in shredded cheese and enough of the flour to make a soft dough that can be handled.
