Caramel Corn - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. brown sugar, firmly packed
2 sticks oleo or butter
1/2 c. Karo syrup
pinch of cream of tartar
1 tsp. baking soda
5 qt. popped corn
Preparation

Mix first 4 ingredients.
Bring to a boil.
Boil 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Remove from heat.
Add baking soda and mix.
Pour over popped corn.
Put in shallow baking pan or cookie sheet.
Put in oven at 200\u00b0 for about 1 hour.
Stir occasionally.
