Corn Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can drained whole corn
    1 can creamed corn
    1 pkg. Jiffy cornbread mix
    2 c. grated cheese
    1 onion, chopped (optional)
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 stick oleo
    1 pt. sour cream
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 Tbsp. bell pepper, chopped fine (optional)
Preparation
    Fold corn into beaten eggs.
    Add cornbread.
    Mix into egg mixture, then add sour cream, cheese, salt and pepper.
    If using onion and bell pepper, saute in oleo and add.
    If not, then just add melted oleo.
    Pour into a well-greased 9 x 12-inch baking dish. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
