Stack-Up - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. lean ground beef
    2 cans Ranch Style beans
    1 onion, chopped
    1 can stewed tomatoes
    1 can tomato sauce
    salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste
    2 c. rice
    chopped onion
    chopped lettuce
    chopped tomato
    shredded cheese
    tortilla chips, broken
    picante sauce
Preparation
    Brown the ground beef and drain. Add beans, onion, tomatoes, tomato sauce and seasonings and allow to simmer on low setting. While this is simmering, prepare rice as directed on package. Serve each in separate containers the meat, cooked rice, onion, lettuce, tomato, cheese and picante sauce.
    Put broken chips on plate.
    Add meat, then rice, onion, etc., stacking each on top. Finish with cheese and picante sauce.
    Great for family get-togethers.
