Peanut Butter Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 baked 9-inch pie shell
    1 box instant vanilla pudding
    1 small jar peanut butter
    1 box powdered sugar
    2 egg whites
    2 1/2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Bake pie shell as directed and cool.
    Mix 3 tablespoons peanut butter with powdered sugar slowly (with fork).
    The peanut butter will bead up. Sprinkle peanut butter beads on bottom of pie shell. Pour prepared pudding in the shell.
    Sprinkle more peanut butter beads on top of pudding. Whip egg whites until stiff. Add sugar and vanilla.
    Spread meringue on top of pie, then sprinkle more peanut butter beads.
    Place under broiler until top is light brown.
    Serves 8.
